If paying with a credit card please understand that we will have to add 3% to your order.

​Our consignment fee is 15%, so we can add that percentage to what you want to ask for the firearm or take it away from the total you are asking for your firearm
When having Ammunition delivered to us please understand we charge a $20 transfer fee + sales tax on your order. You will need to show receipt upon pick up. After 5 days of holding (storing) your ammo we will then charge an extra $10 every 5 days after that. We are not a storage facility.
Restocking fee on firearms of 25%, not including fees paid for change to an order, return, denial of DROS. The return of defective merchandise may be approved at the discretion of a Patriotic Arms employee.
Returns and exchanges are NOT allowed on any firearm.
You have a 30 day return policy on merchandise with original receipt.
Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
Firearms, once transferred to buyer.
Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.
If a deposit is made and the order is canceled you will forfeit your deposit.
Guns ordered and transferred in, that are not CA compliant will still be responsible for the $40 transfer fee plus return postage.
1 in 30 DROS denials must pay another $40 DROS fee plus a $50 service fee.
